Is an attorney who has been involved/worked in the commercial and corporate as well as in the litigation department. He has worked on various matters ranging from commercial and corporate advisory, third party litigation, labour disputes both in the CCMA and Labour Court, Labour Appeal Court; Supreme Court of Appeal as well as performs company secretarial work for the City of Johannesburg and SAFCOL.

His acute understanding of business propels his interest and love for commercial law. Further to this, Wiseman also leads a well-founded practice in both the areas of BEE consulting, administrative law, property law, procurement law, and pension fund law.

He boasts an acute amount of experience in complex and high-level litigation on behalf of SOEs such as City of Johannesburg Metropolitan Municipality, Armaments Corporation of South Africa (‘ARMSCOR’), and other various SMEs, i.e., Eskom Holding Soc Ltd.
