Lintle Modise is a seasoned attorney and Chairwoman of the firm. She has a keen interest in cross-border transactions and has been involved in numerous cross-border transactions in the Southern and Eastern African region for multiple organisations, including international entities.

She has a great amount of experience in a vast array of fields which include, but are not limited to, corporate litigation/arbitration, vetting & drafting of commercial contracts, corporate restructuring, and regulatory compliance. She has led her team in legal due diligence projects for Waymark Infotech (Pty) Ltd and Amdocs South Africa Joint Enterprises, amongst other entities.

Her strong commercial acumen, ability to manage transactions in an efficient manner, and her ability to address and resolve demanding transactional and legal issues distinguishes her from her peers.
